In this workshop, we’ll explore how setting boundaries can strengthen your relationship with your child while providing the safety and structure they need to thrive. Boundaries are not about control or harsh rules, they are about clarity and follow-through: what you as the parent will do, not what your child must do. Together we’ll look at the difference between requests and true boundaries, the role of parents as confident leaders and children as feelers of their own emotions, and how to hold limits with both firmness and empathy. We’ll also discuss common challenges such as tantrums and screen time, and how validating emotions while holding boundaries helps children build resilience and trust. Finally, we’ll practice how mental fitness skills can support parents in staying calm, grounded, and intentional so that boundaries become an opportunity for deeper connection, not conflict.
Please note all events are scheduled in Pacific Time.
